Marie and her family purchased this property in June of 2023 because she fell in love with the opportunity to own her dream business in the best location under the sun.  Marie is certain that success comes from hard work, dedication and outstanding customer service.  Marie has 15+ years of hands-on experience managing properties and dealing with a wide range of people such as guests, contractors, city workers and service staff.  She also has a childhood love for small family owned and operated ocean properties.  Some of Marie's fondest memories as a child are family vacations, she and her family took every summer for the last 40 years, at the Sea Cliff Motel in Old Orchard Beach, Maine.  Marie strongly understands and believes in the notion that today's moments create tomorrow's memories.
